Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-30
This Cookie Policy describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website www.faireview.app (the “Site”), operated by faiReview S.r.l. The Site uses exclusively Google Analytics in anonymous mode to collect aggregate visit statistics, and only with the user’s consent. No other cookies are used.
1. Data controller
The data controller is faiReview S.r.l., registered office in Lecce (Italy), VAT IT05444420755, operations in Milan (Italy), email [email protected].
2. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites send to the user’s browser, where they are stored and sent back to the same sites on subsequent visits. They may be session cookies (deleted when the browser is closed) or persistent cookies (stored for a set period).
The Site does not use profiling cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies other than those described below, which are activated only after consent.
3. Cookies used on the Site
The Site uses a single cookie-based service: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google Ireland Limited, enabled exclusively in anonymous mode and only if the user consents via the cookie banner.
In anonymous mode, Google Analytics collects aggregated statistical data on visits (pages viewed, approximate session duration, general traffic source, device and browser type). IP addresses are processed in anonymised form; remarketing, personalised advertising, and data sharing with other Google products are not enabled.
4. Cookie details
The following cookies are set by Google Analytics when the user has given consent:
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Ireland Limited | Distinguish users anonymously for aggregate statistics | 24 months | Analytics (consent) |
| _ga_* | Google Ireland Limited | Maintain anonymous analytics session state | 24 months | Analytics (consent) |
5. Legal basis and purpose
Analytics cookies are processed on the basis of the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), given via the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
The purpose is strictly statistical: to understand in aggregate how the Site is used, in order to improve its content and usability. No processing is carried out to identify individual visitors.
6. Retention
Google Analytics cookies are stored for up to 24 months, as shown in the table. The user’s consent preference is stored locally in the browser (localStorage) to avoid asking for consent on every visit; this information is not a cookie.
7. How to manage or withdraw consent
On first visit, a banner allows you to accept or reject Google Analytics, or manage your preferences. You can change or withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser (cookies and local data) and revisiting the Site, or via your browser settings.
You can also disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies does not prevent browsing the Site, but excludes statistical collection.

8. Transfers to third countries
Google LLC, based in the United States, may process data on behalf of Google Ireland Limited. Transfers outside the EU take place in compliance with GDPR safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. For more information: policies.google.com/privacy.
9. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, as well as withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
10. Changes to this Cookie Policy
The controller may update this Cookie Policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. We recommend checking this document periodically.
