Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever and never asks for a payment method.
Can I change plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want and the amount adjusts automatically.
Are Gifts mandatory?
No. You can collect reviews and feedback without offering any Gift. And when you use them, they reward internal feedback, never a Google review.
Can I give a reward in exchange for a Google review?
No. Gifts incentivise internal feedback (NPS) and help make up for a bad experience. Reviews stay free and spontaneous, as Google’s guidelines require.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. Every review is written and posted by the real customer on their own Google account. faiReview never posts for them.
Does it work for multiple locations?
Yes. From the Professional plan you manage multiple sites from one dashboard, with aggregate and per-location data.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export reviews, feedback and contacts (of those who consented) in CSV format.
